Service Agreement
Service Scope: Advanced Pest Management Services Inc provides residential and commercial pest control services including inspections, treatments, and preventive maintenance across all five boroughs of New York City, Nassau County, and Suffolk County.
Scheduling and Access: By scheduling a service, you agree to provide our licensed technicians with reasonable access to the areas requiring treatment. If access cannot be provided at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
No Contracts: Our recurring pest control plans are month-to-month with no annual lock-in. You may cancel at any time without cancellation fees or penalties.
Service Guarantees
Re-Treatment Guarantee: Recurring plan customers receive a 1-year guarantee with unlimited callbacks at no extra charge. If pests return between scheduled visits, we will re-treat at no additional cost. One-time treatments include a 30-day guarantee.
Free Inspections: Initial inspections are provided at no cost and with no obligation. Your inspection fee is waived when you book a service.
Limitations: Guarantees apply to the specific pests identified and treated during service. Guarantees do not cover new pest species, infestations caused by structural issues outside our control, or failure to follow technician recommendations (such as sanitation or exclusion measures).
Pricing and Payment
Estimates: All pricing is provided after a free inspection based on pest type, property size, and severity of infestation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Recurring plan billing occurs on a monthly cycle.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for recurring plans with 30 days’ written notice. You may cancel your plan without penalty if you do not agree to the new pricing.
Liability
Professional Standards: All treatments are performed by NY-state licensed technicians using professional-grade, EPA-registered products applied according to manufacturer guidelines and state regulations.
Property Preparation: Certain treatments may require preparation by the property owner or tenant (such as clearing areas for treatment or vacating the premises temporarily). Your technician will communicate any preparation requirements before treatment begins.
Limitation of Liability: Advanced Pest Management Services Inc’s liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
