Mosquitoes begin breeding in standing water as soon as temperatures hit the 50s. Starting your plan in March or early April gives you a head start before peak mosquito season arrives in May.

Step 1: Plan Your Treatment Schedule

Call us and Lisa will set up your first visit. Most customers start a seasonal plan in April or May, but we can begin in March for early-season preparation.

Step 2: Survey Your Property

Your technician walks the yard looking for standing water, dense vegetation, shaded resting spots, and drainage issues. We identify the areas where mosquitoes breed and harbor.

Step 3: Apply Ecovia MT

We spray Ecovia MT by Rockwell Labs along fence lines, shrubs, tree canopy edges, and shaded areas. This eco-friendly formula kills mosquitoes on contact and provides residual control between visits.

Step 4: Return on Schedule

We come back every three to four weeks throughout the season to reapply. If mosquito activity spikes between visits, call us and we will come back at no extra charge on monthly plans.
